Irene Kulbacki became a yoga practitioner when she was pregnant with her 2nd child. Finding value in the strength that it gave her along with yoga’s ability to reduce the stressors of being a young mom, Irene felt empowered to pursue yoga teacher training. It was through her love of yoga and the community she gained through the practice, that Irene went on her first retreat. Almost twenty years later, she has been an avid attendee of retreats and acknowledges the gifts that women offer to each other when gathering in an intimate setting.
Irene is currently available for private yoga sessions and private group events.

“Contemplation is the practice of being fully present — in heart, mind, and body — to what is in a way that allows you to creatively respond and work toward what could be.
From this open-hearted stance you learn to hold the tension of paradox, allow space for questions and unknowing, let go of unhelpful beliefs, and change the way you live in the world.”
- Father Richard Rohr
